If you are not COMPLETLEY satisfied with your Pr⟳Tech Universal Phone Holster purchase, return it within 30 days with the original receipt and we will issue you a FULL refund less shipping. We do ask if you can please put a note explaining why you returned it so we can improve our product and services.
Warranty
If our Pr⟳Tech Universal phone holster has any mechanical issues with the spring actuation throughout the first year, please send it back and we will either repair or replace the product depending on the issue. Please include the original receipt along with the holster.

1. Limited warranty
ProTech warrants holster components to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:
- Spring actuation: Covered by a 1-year warranty.
To submit a claim, you must provide proof of purchase (original dated sales receipt). This warranty covers holster mechanisms only; it excludes cosmetic wear, alterations, or docked mobile devices.
2. Fit & compatibility
While designed to fit 99% of phone sizes, fit depends on your specific device and case. You must verify a secure fit before use.
3. Assumption of risk
You assume all risks of property damage (including broken or lost mobile devices), injury, or loss resulting from misuse or improper use (e.g., forcing incompatible devices, over-stretching, altering components, or use during high-impact sports). [1]
4. Liability release
To the maximum extent permitted by United States law, you release ProTech, its manufacturers, and distributors from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from ordinary negligence, product failure, or improper use.
5. Severability
If any part of this waiver is found unenforceable under your state’s laws, the remaining terms remain fully valid.
